My wife and I were the first customers on beautiful fall day and were greeted warmly at the window. After checking out the small menu, we opted for pulled pork sandwiches that were served on a large kaiser roll. The amount of pork was generous given its $6 price tag. There were plastic utensils and napkins set out along with 2 types of barbecue sauce, hot and sweet, with us opting for the latter. The bottom of my roll was soaked with liquid (water?) making it difficult to pick up. A more serious problem is neither of us enjoyed the style of sauce offered (e.g. thin and not particularly sweet). I would like to return someday for either the brisket which is sliced rather the chopped and/or the ribs.
