Food’s great. Service is not.. I have been going here for the past two years, off and on, as I think the food is just excellent. Never a dish, sub, or breakfast sandwich I haven’t liked.BUT… There is a definite attitude in the air, that they really know they’re good, and the customer is really taken for granted. Always the vibe there.The woman who works there is usually quite nice, but still won’t take any time to acknowledge your presence if she’s cutting something up. This can go on for minutes at a time. And she’s right there! I always have to say hello first. Why?And the guy who works there just seems so damn unhappy to be there. Really, who needs that?In the end, you make your choice on this one. There is undoubtedly another fine Italian deli out there who genuinely enjoys greeting the public.So my search goes on. I think I’m done with this place.
