The name has changed.. now Pancho and Gringos.. I am sure they have the same food as all Pancho restaurants . If you like similar food to what Civeche had you will be fine. Definitely Mexican food.
Drink options are great if you like mixed drinks. Decent beer options as well. For food, we stuck with apps and salad. Our table shared 4 apps and a salad and all were very testy.
Try the queso fundido — melted cheese and mushrooms — so flavorful. And the braised beef shortribs empanadas. The food is delicious, the cocktails are inventive. A surprising find in this tiny town.
