Salt! Salt! Salt! Dissapointed. Bobby youre the chief, but medium does not mean raw, even the waitress said thats medium here its raw everywhere else and the salt, oh my god the salt. Reminded me of the over salted filet mignon I had at Bobby Flays Bar Americana for $75.00 Salt!—- Salt!—- Salt,—- Salt everywhere. And to boot the onion rings were very greasy.
We went to the BBP at Mohegan Sun and it was just amazing… By far THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I got the ‘Burger of August’ the Cheyanne burger and it was delicious… If youre near a BBP or at Mohegan Sun, you have to stop and get a burger!!!
Just Great Palace Burgers. We really loved Bobby’s Burger Palace when spending an afternoon at The Mohegan Sun. The quality of the meat was amazing and the choices to make a delicious and unusual burger are why the Palace is so unique. Everything about the restaurant is different but efficient. I loved the special sauces for the burgers, potatoe fries and onion rings. The dinner was cooked to perfection and it comes out nice and hot. Service was good and the prices were okay..
Mix feelings. The food is pretty good. The sweet potato fries are great but I wasn’t impressed with the service. They were slow and not too friendly. The tables were sticky and they didn’t make an effort to walk around to clean up after people were done eating.
Napa Valley with Hot Peppers…………….amazing
Flavor FLAYS Fizzles. Whilst at the Mohegan Sun Casino I was looking for a late night treat to keep me going before the wee hours of the morning approached. I stumble upon BBP, Bobby’s Burger Palace, a Chef Bobby Flays creation. I’m a fan of Bobby Flay and figured if anyone can turn out a burger it would be BF. I stand in line in attempt to get to the cahier/order taker, however the line was just not moving, there were three cashiers/order takers however only one was operating. I quickly notice that there is a BBP Lounge/Bar that also serves food with two bartenders and plenty of seats at the bar. Let’s give this a shot! I make my way to the bar that and one of the bartenders looks me right in the face then turns and walks away and stands at the other end of the bar. The second bartender eventually made his way to me. OK, so onto the food. A large selection of burgers is presented on the menu and all sounded very interesting, however one burger simply jumped out at me, The Bacon Blue Cheese with BBQ sauce. I also order a side of fries at 2.50 extra and a blue moon draft beer at 5.50.In less than 7 minutes I was presented with what appeared to be a mouth watering burger and fries. As expected from a top rated TV Chef, the extremely lean beef burger patty was perfectly formed and rounded fitting geometrically perfect upon the perfectly formed bun, which begged the question do they make the buns to fit the burger or the burger to fit the bun. The burger was tipped with a sliced tomato then blue chees dressing, a mound of crumbled blue cheese and then the bacon all sitting atop a romaine lettuce leaf. The fries were served separately in a metal tin, the fries were cold and limp, which was disappointing because the best part of a burger is the hot crunchy fries, however the tasty sauce served on the side for dipping was a top notch. The burger in itself was tempered not hot, and not at all juicy and a bit dry, perhaps it’s the pure lean beef that made it dry or are the burgers premade and sitting under a warming light just awaiting the toppings, which could explain a burger less than 7 minutes (just food for thought.) If the burger was served warmer, and not so dry it could possibly be one of the better burgers out there. The fries were horrid, cold and limp. Total tab did not break the bank $15.00 but I guess I expected a bit more from Bobby Flay.
Just another burger place. Nothing special about it.
