Dinner Ruined. A few years ago, this place was a great spot to eat, but this evening the house salad was littered with rusted lettuce, while the chicken was ordered with potatoes, and delivered with spaghetti. The spaghetti was swimming in some sort of oily sauce. The meat loaf was dry, bland and burnt, and smothered with a sticky gravy that was tasteless. We will never be back.

Problems with getting separate checks. Looked nice but when 8 of us sat down and asked for separate checks, being seniors, we were told only two checks pr table. We said well if we separate then we can get separate checks. She said yes, asked to see the manager who said the same thing. We said we would leave if we did not get separate checks, they said OK it is our policy. We went across the street, forgot the name of the place, got a much better lunch with an awesome free salad bar and separate checks with no problem. They lost over 100.00 plus tip.

Waitresses were to busy chit catting. We went there for breakfast 09/23/14. No line, got a table and menu card within 1 minute. We sat there waiting for 10 minutes, nothing happened, no one came to out table so we could order. All the waitresses were to busy chit catting with each other at the bar. We left and will never return!!!!!

One of the best diners I’ve ever been to. Food was phenomenal and I definitely recommend it if you’re in the area. Very affordable.

Good food; worth the price.. My husband and I are in the area house hunting, and we went to the Mystic Diner for dinner last night. Our waiter Nick was great; attentive and helpful. They have a HUGE menu, and breakfast is served all day. At first glance, the prices seemed a little high for a diner, but once we got our food, we didn’t have any complaints!I ordered their Buffalo wrap, but asked if they would substitute the spice sauce with BBQ sauce- and they seemed happy to oblige. It was really tasty and they didn’t skimp on the chicken. The fries that came with it were pretty standard fries. My husband got the stuffed french toast. It was a huge portion, but it was so good, he cleaned his plate! Truly a beautiful presentation, and something he would order again.
