Must-Stop in the Region!. Stopped by The Point Restaurant (formerly The Turning Point) and had a wonderful dining experience. The menu is delightfully varied, including breakfast served all day (always a plus) and heavenly-sounding desserts. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and professional and service was very quick. Newly renovated and open M-F at 11 and Sat & Sun at 8:30 AM this unassuming-looking building is inviting and comfortable inside. This is a must-stop dining experience in this picturesque region of Connecticut!
Great spot!. This location has changed hands many times, but finally I think we have a restaurant that’s here to stay. The Turning Point has a fantastic menu and loads of great options and so far haven’t been disappointed whatsoever. Super friendly staff, sit-in dining or saddle up to the bar and be social. They’re now doing breakfast as well and offer bottomless mimosas or bloody Marys with breakfast.
