Basso cafe has amazing service and very good food their class caesar salad is tasty with fresh lettuce and crunchy crootons the apple pie was very nicely presented and had an amazing side of almond gelato I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would rate it a 5 star restaurant. I would eat their any day:)
Hidden treasure. This chef creates and cooks top notch dishes, be it a Medterranean sandwich wrap for lunch or a veal chop for dinner. The dressing on the signature Basso salad is bewitching. It’s in an easy-to-miss location in Broad River section of Norwalk, so put it in your GPS and go. In a charming house with eclectic modern decor and old-fashioned attentive service, original art. Quiet and intimate, friendly. BYOW. Tres leches is awinner among winners for dessert. This is one of my few regular restaurants with Barcelona SoNo and Harvest Supper. That’s the club it’s in.
