China Moon is a typical Chinese take-out place. They use bottled sauces that taste and look like bottled sauces. The only item to get there are the steamed pork dumplings—the filling is quite tasty even though the dough is much too thick, chewy, and doughy. I asked the woman on the phone if all their dishes used bottled sauces, she said all their sauces were homemade. When I was incredulous, she hung up the phone on me. I will not go there again.
