Customer un-friendly. On Sunday 3/22/2015 at around 3:00pm, I ordered an over priced burger and was watching a tennis match on one of the TV screen. Another patron came in and asked to see something else. Without checking the bar tender switched the channel. i called the bartender over and politely told her i was watching the tennis match. For some weird technical reason, she wasn’t able to switch back. ok,……strikeWhile eating my burger, I witness a discussion between 2 woman customers and the manager . The manager stated that there was going to be a new 2 hour parking which will be strictly enforced by towing. One of the woman reply that it is a bad public relation policy to tow customers cars, the intensity heated up quickly and out of anger and frustration and aided by drinks from the bar threw the f bomb to the ‘owner. She did not flip the owner, just threw the f bomb. The owner apparently did not appreciated the f bomb, using his position just ‘threw the woman out, ask her to get up and leave, loudly and rudely Give me a break. this is a bar and after getting the woman drunk, she is not allow to let the f bomb slip out????. No one got hurt. The owner was rude and needs to grow thicker skin and learn how to defuse the argument not by ‘throwing’ someone who happen to use the f bomb at the bar. give me a break, at the bar!!! I told the bartender that if it was me, i like to see the owner call the cops and throw me out for using the f-bomb during a heated discussion. The woman, embarrassed, left….strike 2The owner should have apologized, and offer her a complimentary dish to help defuse the tension and to sober up the woman. That would have been the right thing to do….strike out.
