I Love This Place. Very casual. Somewhere between a restaurant, a cafe and a buffet. There are very few tables here, much of the floor space is taken up by areas for food prep and display for some of the baked goods.The pizza (at least the kinds we ordered) are not the gooey cheese explosions. They are absolutely delicious, light pieces of dough, with shaved cheeses, meats and other toppings. Lightly dressed. Just fantastic.What I was most impressed with is the use of truffle oil. Most restaurants who use it just dump it on, so your food tastes as if the truffles are sprouting on your bread. This was nice and light, hints of flavor, just letting the freshness of the dough and toppings come right through. Same room for dessert. The crepes are phenomenal. Or just come for a dessert and coffee.
