Not Norwalk’s Best Burger. I have nothing against Swanky Franks except the fact that there there are better burger joints in Norwalk. On the plus side, they are open year round. But during the season when most people crave a good burger, Swanky Franks does not have the best tasting burger or a particularly great atmosphere.
