Server, phenomenal. Food, tasty. My 2nd Lobster Bake in 2 weeks – that good! I was even thinking of making this a regular place to meet friends because of the comfy atmosphere and awesome staff. However, I had an unfortunate run-in with a manager, that made me think otherwise. My complaint was swiftly handled and resolved to my satisfaction. So, 3 Stars for the food, 4 stars for problem resolution of ownership.
