Bad meal, bad service, bad atmosphere. Need i say more? Food OK not great. Service was disorganized, intermittent and not friendly. Atmosphere, decor, etc more like a cheezy pizza parlor. WAY WAY overpriced given all. We will never return and i would discourage anyone from wasting money here. This place needs to go – or new management is in order.
So Sad!. I have never seen such a dramatic decline for a restaurant in all my years! What started as a culinary treat to the Stamford scene has become low quality Italian grub with canned tomato sauce…and the worst part is that the management won’t acknowledge it’s mistakes. The restaurant business is tough, but they’ve chosen to look sideways, and it’s really sad.
Capriccio owns this place now! Wow how many people come and go here? What started as a quality restaurant with opening bumps has quickly become the talk of the town on how they’re now in the league of Bradford’s and Capriccio. If the service and food at Capriccio is what we will be getting then I give it three months. The only reason they’ve ever been busy was the patio. Dined with friends at bar rossa last week and it’s not worth the money I paid to park. Maybe the next restaurant to take it over will know what they’re doing!
More Blah! why bother? The bartender could have cared less that we were sitting there…14 minutes to be exact to get her attention! I can just stay at work and get treated like Sh*T!
Food is average. Pizza good pasta just ok. Slightly overpriced.
Boycotting. I will not be coming back to Bar Rosso since DJ Jonesy isn’t DJing on Thursday nights anymore. There is no other reason to come; drinks and food are over priced, service is slow. The music was the only thing that they had going for them.
