Rude service. I used to love this place. It used to be the only place in Stamford that I went to time and time again for great. cheap Chinese food. Not so much anymore. I don’t know what’s happened recently with their staff but they’re rude and entirely inappropriate. I placed an order for garlic CHICKEN and ended up with SHRIMP. I’m allergic to shrimp. When I alerted the woman on the phone to this once I received my order she told me I told her chicken and refused to correct my order. I order from this place quite a bit- I’ve never once ordered anything with seafood due to a severe allergy, which I told her repeatedly but she insisted I ordered shrimp. She also told me she was busy and I needed to come down to the restaurant. That’s ridiculous. People typically order in for a reason. This is the 2nd instance I’ve heard of in the past 2 weeks with receiving the wrong order. I’m through with this place.
