Very fresh sushi and sashimi!!! I was very glad we choice fuji. My wife and I ate at fuji last night it was great. I ordered a tri color sushi platter it come with 3pc tuna, 3pc salmon, 3pc yellow tail and a spicy tuna roll serve will soup and salad for only $19.50. My wife love their special roll blacken tuna roll $10.95 and Hawaii roll

Best of both worlds. I prefer their Japanese side as the salad, tempura and avocado rolls are delicious, but the chinese side is to die for as well. they have a great variety, especially for a vegetarians and the prices are amazing.
Great Chinese, Served Quickly. Not being a Sushi fan; I’m afraid I can’t comment on that aspect of this restaurant. I am sure that it is done as well as their Chinese food.The staff at Fuji is a real treat. They take the time to know their customers; (by sight if not by name) and will often suggest your favorite food when you arrive. They are attentive to your needs. The food is very reasonably priced and always good.The specials are served rapidly and this is a great place to go for a quick lunch or dinner.
