This evening I ordered the mango chicken and it was awful. The chicken was fried and dry. How they managed to dry out fried chicken is a mystery. But that’s not even the biggest mystery to their mango chicken: why was it fried in the first place? I have dinned in many Thai restaurants between CT and NYC and I have always received juicy pieces of baked chicken in this dish. Unfortunately, Little Buddha has chosen the cheap and easy method of cooking. The entire dish was simply general tso’s chicken, with a few pieces of cut mango scattered on top. The sauce was the same syrupy sweet general tso’s sauce, as is served in the local Chinese take-out on the corner. There is nothing Thai about this dish. If Little Buddha can’t make a traditional Thai mango chicken dinner correctly, then I strongly question their ability to prepare any authentic Thai food. Dear reader, if you are looking for a quality Thai dinner, with authentic ingredients, then move past Little Buddha and keep searching. However, if all you desire is a Chinese variation of Thai food, then this is your restaurant.

Terrible Food. I remember eating at Little Buddha in 2009, they were fantastic. We use to order or eat at least once a week if not twice. In 2010 things changed. My guess is that the chef changed and the food was not even close to what it use to be. We stopped ordering until today, December 26, 2013, I had the craving for Thai and thought of giving Little Buddha another chance. Unfortunately, food is terrible. Not worth the wait or delivery delays. Thai Spice, is a small restaurant in Norwalk and there food rocks! I hope it stays like that. I will be getting my Thai fix from there soon.

Delicious thai food, the gang penang is sooo good and kids love the chichen stay with jasmin rice, price is also good.

We love little Buddha. Mostly we get veggie pad Thai and veggie curry dishes but my family and friends have tried chicken dishes and like them too. The potato puff app is good. Portions are good for the prices. Delivery is free. We have never eaten at the restaurant but noticed it is small.

Delivery is very slow!!!. We ordered our food and waited over an hour and a half to receive it (Little Buddha is only 6 minutes away from us). The only excuse the delivery guy had was that he had to deliver two orders prior to ours. The food is average and delivery is way below average. I would not recommend this place, unless you don’t mind waiting almost 2 hours.
