Best Lobsta’ Roll. I have been eating our CT version of the lobster roll for over 30 years. I think this one is the best. The secret – the bun. Its a deeper and thicker hot dog roll. So it holds the butter (just the right amount) well, and doesn’t turn into mush. The lobster itself are big pieces, not chopped up and mixed with lagastinos (as far as I can tell). And the fit into the oversized bun, so the roll is filling and easy to eat.They also put some cracked pepper on top. I was a little skeptical, but it did not overpower the delicate lobster flavor. Just outstanding all the way around.

Lobster rolls are excellent. I’ve had Lobster Craft a few times and I’ve always liked the lobster rolls. They are fresh and the lobster is cooked pretty nicely. My favorite one is the one with the bacon on it.
Great seafood, hand caught by Captain Mike. Captain Mike catches a great deal of the lobster himself on his own boat then brings them along on his food truck. They have 4 great lobster rolls and the kielbasa lobster mac & cheese is spicy and delicious. They hang out in Stamford and Norwalk and catch them Sundays at Two Roads Brewery. They update Facebook pretty often with their location, so follow them there. omnomct.com
