Inconsistent quality. The first time I tried Michael’s pizza I really enjoyed it, and my kid absolutely loved it. I ordered a second time and it was overcooked and dry, not much flavor. The antipasto we ordered was also a disappointment: big chunks of spongy mozzarella and cold cuts, not much lettuce, and the quality of the ingredients was mediocre.
