Huge Letdown. We spent what was supposed to be a romantic night out at the restaurant and we were very disappointed in the service. We made a reservation for 7:30 and by 10 we were told they had lost our order. We ended up taking it to-go after finally getting it and it wasn’t even what we ordered in the first place which we realized when we got home. I had really high expectations for our meal and overall experience which I now know I shouldn’t have had.
This Joint is a Disaster. I’m not going to write three paragraphs on how bad the service was. All you need to know is it took them 2.5 hours to serve a table of 7 in a half empty restaurant. The food was fine, but definitely not worth the wait. The front of the house resembled a circus, down to how the hostesses dressed. Considering Columbus Park is two doors down, whoever thought they could compete with that with service like this is dreaming.
