Very nice pizza!. We ordered their medium cheese on whole wheat crust and it was delicious! It was a great New York style thin crust – nice and crunchy – which offset the tasty sauce and nicely portioned mozzarella cheese topping. Will definitely go there again.
Not the best. The chicken cutlet and Grilled Chicken Sub were average but I have to say that the buffalo chicken was the worst I ever had. It looked like they boiled it and dipped it in oil for a few seconds and it had no taste. The delivery was fast but they charge you an extra $2 just for ordering the food and then you have to give the driver a tip. overall score is 2** out of 5*****
Planet Pizza is one of the larger independant Pizza chains in the tri-state area. They seem to be large enough to have a good economy of scale; yet not so big that their food tastes like cardboard. They make a nice New York style thin crust pie. They really shine with their specialty pies. Try the Grandmothers Pizza or the BBQ pizza for a real treat. The Buffalo Chicken wrap is also very good.
