Best pizza ever!. My husband said it was the best pizza he’s ever eaten. Oh and the pizza was delivered. Amazing!
No wonder Colony’s pizza got better. This guy left. Font be fools, Colony,s pizza still king in Stamford!
Burnt pizza. Ordered a delivery for sausage pizza and whenit arrived it was burnt. i was hungry that day and could hardly eat it. i called rico’s to complain and was told that next time i order i would get a free pizza. when that pizza was putin the box the baker had to see how burnt that pizza was.. what kind of service is that for a paying customer??? i wont be ordering pizza from rico’s with that type of service.
Best ever. Consistently serves up good food at a reasonable price, can’t live without there pizzas. Just the best
Magnific. Amazing, but amazing pizza, old school, i used to eat pizza like this back in Italy, i really can’t believe how good it is, try you wont regretted it.
SO GOOD!. Absolutely delicious! The delivery price is pretty high, but if you’re in the area it’s easy to call it in, pick it up and enjoy it from home.
Stepping Into the Fray. We got Rico’s pizza at work the other day. To the people who post so often about their favorite pizza, Rico’s, Colony, Coalhouse, etc. Get a life. Really. Unless you own one of these places, who really cares that much. And even if you do own one of them, don’t you have something better to do? Its not like they are that close to each other, like Sally’s or Pepe’s in New Haven, or the classic Geno’s/Pat’s rivalry in Philly. As for Rico’s pizza itself… Pretty good. The crust was very crispy, maybe even a little too crispy for my taste, but growing up on New Haven Pizza, I like a nice thin crust. Rico’s was decent. Overall sauce/cheese was about right, and we had several varieties, all more than acceptable. We did get one with the hot oil. I guess its an acquired taste. I didn’t hate it, but will be just as happy to skip it next time. Nutshell. Way too much hype and bandwidth used for, what is at its core, a quite good, but not great pizza.
