Our Chef and Manager have come to Stanford directly from Italy to bring you an unsurpassed dining experience. Massimo Stecchi, has trained in Italy at the renowned Ceres Culinary Institute of Torino, Italy. He has extensive experience as an Executive Chef and has worked in some of Manhattan's best restaurants. He has catered many celebrity events, as well as serving as a Restaurant Consultant. He has also appeared on Italian TV, showcasing some of his signature dishes.
