Great food great beer great people but you do need more servers!!!!! You would be able to get people in and out faster the waitstaff always seems understaffed a s overwhelmed otherwise you guys are rad
Me and my boyfriend went here never hearing of it buy passed by and gave it a try. When we actually ate here the tap room didn’t exist so we thought if was awesome they had so many different beers. We enjoyed our food very much and our server was nice they forgot some items on my hotdog but made up for it. We also recently went to the tap room which I highly suggest if your a beer lover! I want to go back to the restaurant and try different items
Terrible service. We have been to Knuckleheads several times and the service is going from bad to worse. I don’t know the watresses name, but when I see her heading to our table, I dread it. She isn’t attentive to her customers. Doesn’t check with you after you get your food, you have to flag her down to get refills, forgets your refills. She knows beer, but was way off on the special, which I ordered and it was awful! The food is good, but absolutely not worth the wait and then getting bad service on top of it. Wouldn’t recommend this restaraunt to my friends. Rather go the Five Guys for burgers!!
I would like to first say that my boyfriend and I decided last min to check this place out it was busy wasn’t sure if we had to be seated or seat ourselves waited about ten min we ordered burgers heard great things about them they were big but was able to finish felt they have too many fries burgers were. Very good. Waited about half an hour for a sat that’s not bad and the only thing I would say bad is the noise level because of the tap room next door where people waited to be seated thought the floors were dirty staff was very friendly and accommodating i would go back to try other items
Best Burgers and Wings. Anyone giving this place a bad review must be having a bad day when they went there.The burgers like the Knuckehead is a big burger and man was it good.Could use more seating other then that its the best in New Haven County and maybe the State.
Hands down the best restaurant in town (maybe not for the diet but definitely for the taste !!!) anyone that complains about the wait doesn’t seem to grasp the fact that anything worth having is worth waiting for !! If it wasn’t delicious the place would be empty and you’d get a table right away …. But who wants that ughhhh not me ! I can’t wait for the tap room to open more space is just what these guys need to accommodate their many fans. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and most of the specials and I’ve never been disappointed other than my stomach being too small to handle the giant sized portions !! Everyone should give this place a try I know ill be a repeat costumer for life !
