Horrible Experience. I will never ever go to this Dunkin Donuts shop in the staples shopping center again. I arrived and ordered a simple decaf latte with skim milk. After I had already paid, they said they didn’t have decaf beans or skim milk. So then I asked for a chai latte with 1/2 the sugar. They made me one, but it had even more sugar than the regular and I had palpitations on the way home. Clearly, this is not a coffee shop. They can’t even make simple coffee!
Thumbs Down. All Dunkin Donuts are essentially the same except for this one. Iced coffee never has enough ice, often biter and burnt. Drive the extra mile to West Hartford center Dunkin. I have seldom been happy with an iced coffee from here and I’ve lived in West Hartford all my life.
