Good food, consistent and fast. I usually order from them for delivery even though there are a lot of choices living near WH center. They will customize your order, make authentic Chinese while speaking English well enough to accommodate a vegetarian modIfication that traditional dish. cant ask for more than that!
Arguably The Worst Chinese Food In Town. New Asia is a few blocks from my home, so I’ve given it a couple of chances to win me over. I’ve come to realize that it’s never going to happen – New Asia is a very poor restaurant, even by the low standards of cheap Chinese takeout.I’ve gotten three entrees or lunch specials there, and without fail, each one seemed to have been dunked in water before serving. Overly saucy Chinese food I can handle, and even come to expect it from a take-out dive. But flat-out soggy food? Extremely unappetizing.Service is passable; atmosphere in non-existent.

I called to let them know I was unhappy, and they kindly told me they would be happy to bring a new order . Then they informed me that o would be charged the minimum delivery charge of $10 for a replacement order. This place is a joke. There are too many choices in this area to ever deal with this place again . ….hungry in west Hartford
The worst food in the area. I just ordered shrimp fried rice and wings to go.Well, when I got home and open the container I founda surprise. Only three shrimps and the rice full of onions.It did not have any flavor. The wings were dry. For what I paid, I should have gone to Chengdu in West Hartford.I learned my lesson. If you are reading this, and want to see if its true, just go to New Asia and you definitely will agree with me.Thank you.
