Enjoyed lunch here a few times. Food is good. I like the roof – both for lunch as well as for after-work cocktails. Bartenders are very attentive. Good location.
Have to agree with some of the other reviewers. Super slow service and the food is so-so. The waiter needs to stop calling those cheddar biscuits the best ever since they’re far from it. Decent beer selection, though.
Food – so bad and overpriced! Service just ok. You know when everyplace else in West Hartford center has an hour wait but you get seated right away at Elbow Room that they are doing things wrong! Now we know why no one was there for dinner…won’t be going back for another try, it was just that bad.
Been there 3 times. Service is just okay. Food is subpar. Don’t waste your damn money on the damn good clams. They are miniature clams, finding any meat in them is a tough task.
Average. The service was slow, but sitting outside was very enjoyable. The caesar salad was average.
The food is ‘meh,’ the prices are hiiiigh, and the waitstaff act like you just ruined their day when you come in. Seriously.
No Room at the Elbow. Fair food, terrible service
