Very, very basic. This establishment give very little options for vegetarians and vegans. You have a choice of their Garden Salad (romaine lettuce, unripe tomatoes and unripe cucumbers) or their Vegetarian Black Bean Chili. The salad has pieces of lettuce which aren’t even cut to a manageable size (ie. half your face sized pieces) and the only add-ins are their light pink tomatoes (bland) and their cucumber (last time was almost dry and stiff). Also seems that they cut the lettuce with knives they’ve cut meat with.Their Vegetarian Chili (the ONLY vegan option other than salad) is bland. Lacks salt and spices. The best part are the pre-packaged oyster crackers. They definitely need to develop this recipe and add more to their menu.In a town like West Hartford where you imagine food palettes to be somewhat more developed, it’s a wonder how this place still exists.
