The pizza and breads are amazing. However, the help has a lot to be desired as far as customer service. They are very rude always have been I have been a customer for many years and have yet to be treated kindly. Almost like they are doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase their food
THE WORST. Rude phone skills, terrible customer service and even worse pizza. I am visiting here in west haven and to be honest I should have gone to walmart and gotten a frozen pizza. It would have tasted better, cost less and actually had been warmer than the overpriced less than room temperature garbage pie they call a pizza. I’ve never had a pizza where I couldn’t even eat the crust. It tasted so bad I had to remove it from my mouth and throw it in the toilet.
Ridiculous!. I called in to order a salad without any items such as….olives, onions, and whatever else is added and was told that its $7.95. Wow! What a rip off. I’d rather go to Dayton Street Pizza in New Haven for a fair price.
Great pizza, but they don’t stop there. They have fresh baked bread (also amazing), and they sell their marinara and tamatoe sauce in giant masons jars because its that good. Each pizza is actually hand tossed and made by a bunch of italians that run the kitchen. If you go here their signature pizza seems to be the fresh tamatoe and basil pizza.
