  I love Bob Evans and normally I stop in salsbury on my way back home to Va. however we should have never stopped in Dover! This is my second time at this location and it was aweful! My meal didn’t come out at once and it took over 30 min for rolls to come out ( which I enjoy with soup) by the time they finally came out my soup was very cold. My waitress rarely came by and I had to go to the counter to put in another side dish order. We spent an hour in there and most of it was waiting. I will continue to go to Salsbury, but if you are looking for good food AND service go to Salsbury or another Bob Evans!

  My wife and I went to Bob Evans Restaurant last night for dinner and experienced the worst service that we have ever experienced. We got seated by the hostest after about a five minute wait which wasnt bad but when we got seated our server came and asked us what we would like to drink and we just wanted water and then he asked if we were ready to order and we were ready so we placed our order. We waited for our server to return with our water and he never came back, we never recieved our drinks during this dinner. Our server helped out another table that was right behind us but to get to that table he walked all the way around like he was avoiding us. We waited for about a half hour or so for our food and it really shouldnt have been that long. We recieved our food from another server and when we did it was cold like it was sitting out for some time. So we caught the attention if another server as she finished helping another table and asked if she has seen our server, she got us the manager and we told her how everything went and we are not complainers at all, she understood and after that my wife and I just left.
