Stopped in for lunch today and ordered Brown Stew chicken. Tasted like Very Sweet BBQ chicken. Entirely to much sugar. Also the chicken was Red!! Where was the Browning? Real Jamaican cooks utilizesBrowning sauce which makes the chicken and the sauce dark brown -not red. The only reason I’m not giving a lower score is thevegetables were very good. I’ll try back some day but not for the Brown Stew Chicken.
