Governor’s Cafe is a great place for coffee. Delicious espresso expertly mixed with a hint of flavor. Went two days in a row on vacation to Dover and I would send anyone there. Quiet location in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Friendly staff and good menu.
Cute little cafe. Their coffe is very good as well as the food. Staff is friendly. They have a huge chess table always fun to play! Only thing I wouldn’t recommend trying is their chai. It’s not very good.
