NEVER AGAIN!!!. Service was horrible. The waiter never checked to see if we needed anything the entire time we were there. If you like your spicy sushi don’t order it. The Rolls didnt have even a hint of spicyness. Very disappointing.
Waiter pissed me off. First off our waiter didn’t introduce himself so I cant even say who he is. Second he didn’t check to see if our table of four needed anything our entire meal. When we were low on drinks he didn’t ask if anyone wanted a refill. Finally and this is the part that really pissed me off after we paid our 94 dollar bill I tipped him 5 bucks because his service wasn’t up to our standards he came back and demanded a 15% tip for his subpar service. I have been to this place several times before and had a pleasant experience. I dont know what the problem was today as they weren’t very busy at all. Oh and I almost forgot. When we placed our order for sushi the guys that were working at the station stopped to eat themselves so we had to wait for them to finish eating to make our food. I later called to speak to a manager/owner of the establishment and I was told that person was not available and that when they would be is not know. Needless to say I wont be spending any more of my money there.
One of the best restaurants in town. This is one of the best restaurants in Dover. The food is always fresh and prepared correctly And the service is great. It’s tucked away in a nice shopping Center that was recently renovated. You can eat in or carry out.
We have always enjoyed the sushi and atmosphere until today. We were asked to leave because we brought outside food for our young daughter. They have no children’s meals and this is something they have let us do numerous times before. Needless to say we will no longer be spending our time or money with them.
Went in as a family of four (baby and 3 yr old)with a happy meal from macdonalds because our child has some food allergies. They looked at us funny and told us that we couldn’t bring in other companies food. We told them why and they still turned us away. Not impressed. Went there for dinner. They are over priced for what you get! Also the rice for the sushi was hard. Won’t be wasting my time there!!
BEST PLACE IN DOVER. My boyfriend and I were a little skeptical about going here at first after seeing the location. It is in a run down old shopping center. My boyfriend is in the Air Force and a few of his buddies go to Rice for sushi and drinks. We decided to give it a try since we both love sushi and Chinese. We ate one time and we are hooked. We absolutely adore this place. I always get the chicken tereyaki and a California roll. The shrimp egg rolls are unbelievably good. My boyfriend asks our server every time which entree they would suggest for him to try. So he tries something new every time and he has never had one bad meal.
