I’m actually shocked at the low reviews on this. We love this little shop. It’s in historic down town Dover. The building has some weird construction with the lobby/dining area it’s hard to describe. I wouldn’t describe it as handicap accessible at all. Luckily for anyone that is handicap, they deliver. The decor is kind of tacky, but it has its own charm and character. Now, for the good part, the food. We absolutely love their cheesesteaks. They are amazing and bursting with meat. Lately, I’ve noticed a little less meat, but this doesn’t bother me because it was so much before, I couldn’t close my sub to eat it. Now, it’s a little easier to eat without needing a fork. The food tastes great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The counter staff are always kind and patient with me (because I never know what I want lol). The portion sizes are generous, and you’ll find something for just about everyone there.

The service was great, they take the time to be nice and ensure you are getting what you want no rushing you while you order. I had a large cheese steak with fried onions cherry peppers and American cheese. You can see in the picture the sandwich over flows, you could feed 2 from this sandwich. I will be back for sure, maybe even for lunch tomorrow. If you are any where close stop in for great food.

They put so much meat on the hogie, you can take half off and make another serving. Love this place. Love their chicken salad hogie and cheese steaks!
