Horrible management! After church decided to have breakfast at the Middletown location. The noise level from clashing dishes and silverware seemed much louder than other locations visited in the past. Mentioned to the manager, Tara, that the kitchen staff was being rowdy and obnoxiously loud … she immediately blamed patrons for the noise level and said ‘that’s what you get when you have an open kitchen’. She began to belittle us as customers, was rude, and proceeded to reply with arrogance ‘if you dont like it just leave’! Extremely unprofessional of Tara! Tara proudly told us she has been the manager for 20 years….clearly her skills are outdated! Tara, find another career path that doesnt involve customer service!
