Blue water is great. Fun staff; fresh, local ingredients, placed with great forethought; casual atmosphere with fine dining recipes; and great local beer selection. Will take everyone I know here when they come visit!
Nice atmosphere. The very best onion rings and sweet potato fries ever tasted. Amazing burgers. Great service.
Just had dinner while traveling. The sauted veal with risotto and the Asian salad with Grilled Chicken were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband was happy with their linen napkins. And the bathrooms were clean. We would definitely stop there again on our travels.
Not coupon friendly. The food was very good, the wait for the food…not so good. Last night my two brothers, my sister, their spouses, my husband and I went to the Blue Water Grill. My one brother and his wife had clipped coupons for the restaurant from a magazine, the other brothers wife and myself had gone online to a web site and printed off coupons from that site. The waiter would only allow one of the coupons to be used for the whole table. If we had sat at different tables each couple could have used their coupons individually, but that was not the case if we sat together. My family goes out together like this once a week, we will not be taking our business back to the Blue Water because there are too many other restaurants out there that are coupon friendly.
The food is excellent for area. Service always comes with a smile!
The BEST food in the area. Chef/Owner Josh Wiggins has created and maintained a outstanding place to dine in Blue Water Grill. It’s a favorite place of ours because the quality is consistently great. Nothing like fabulous waitstaff, excellent food and atmosphere…BWG does Millsboro proud! I would put it up against any restaurant for its exceptional menu.
Superb food in an unlikely location. What a find! We knew we were in reliable hands when we cut into the bacon-wrapped scallops and found they were perfectly handled–tenderly done in the center. The offerings at the Blue Water Grill are everything you hope to find in mid-Atlantic seafood–very fresh, lightly seasoned allowing the flavors of the seafood to shine, and beautifully but unpretentiously presented. All at Millsboro (not Rehoboth) prices. The kind of place you almost want to keep a secret, but won’t be able to.
