This is a typical Chinese takeout in a strip mall just outside of historic New Castle. I’d say the food was about average but the service was good and on a weekday night, there was no wait before they (the husband and wife team) started making the order.
They forgot one lunch special on our order and I had to drive back a 2nd time to get it, at which time I was told I was wrong and asked to pay $5.75, well I was stunned. So, they lost a 1500 year. 3 year customer over $5.75. This is just bad business. The food is good though but lots o Chinese places here with good food. FAIL
