I remember having Krispy Kreme years ago in Northern NJ and New York City. Then I moved to Delaware and didn’t see another one until this store opened in Airport Plaza. I’m not sure the donuts themselves are all that special, but you can view the kitchen from the dining area and it is amazing to watch the endless procession of donuts coming out from the donut-making machine on the conveyor belt. Instead of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it’s like Donald and the Donut Factory. This Krispy Kreme location keeps some pretty late hours but after a certain time, you can only order at the drive thru.
