  I rarely. Write a review for a chain restaurant. I do that because i find the food predictable, micro waved and generally mediocre at best. Last night, on the way way back to Baltimore from Delaware Park, I recluctantly agreed to having dinner at Longhorns. We were seated almost immediatley, and brought a fresh and hot honey bread. It was warm and delicious. It was so good we consumed it immediately and then brought a second loaf. Our drinks were ordered and brought to us in a short time and then we ordered salad and steaks, We waited a long time for our salads with an apology from our attentive waitress. The Ceasar Salad i ordered was crisp with large piece of parean cheese atop the salad. The salad was good beyond my expectations. Shortly thereafter I was brought my ribeye, Longhorns signature dish. Much to my surprise the ribeye was served perfectly medium rare. It was one of the most tasteful steaks i had eaten in a long time. The steak was charred perfectly, with a beautiful red center and the seasoning and charcoal taste melded to form a culinary steak experience I have not had in a long time. I reccommend this steak house as both a great and surprising steak lovers paradise.
