This restaurant offers some rather different fare compared to what’s typical for the area. This time around, I tried the rice bowl with paneer. The portion size is pretty decent, even though the strange sloping bowl makes it look bigger than it actually is. The paneer was sauced and seared just enough to make it quite flavorful. And finally the rice bowl was rounded out with fresh veggies and ingredients, all of which seemed rather healthy. Service was pretty good too. It’s a fast casual setup, which may be a plus for some folks since you can get beverage refills and condiments yourself. The only issue to watch for may be parking. Parking is shared with a dozen other businesses and the strip mall lot was pretty full for a weekday evening.
