By Chinese takeout standards in this area, the food is about average. Comparable to Evergreen, China Inn, and China East, but a bit below Asian House and Yi Palace. We tried Sang Hing’s Moo Goo Gai Pan and General Tso’s Chicken. What sets this Chinese takeout apart is they have more people working in the kitchen, so despite the volume of customers, the order didn’t take terribly long to prepare. Also, they seemed nice, i.e. polite but efficient. Definitely would order from them again.
