Disappointed. I don’t know why you would go to a place that is run down., the restauant was to cheap to turn on the air.. Stuck in a corner in a small restauauant is not my way of spending my money.. I was not happy with food. i thought the place is overrated…I can cook better than this perhaps i need to open a place
One word- fabulous!
A good place to go for a nice dinner. A little pricey. Unusual menu. I loved my meal. The service is very good. A must try at some point in every summer. Art work show in August is a must see when in Rehoboth.
Sorry….. I know a lot of people who really like this restaurant, and I’ve tried. But the menu is limited and often the dishes have strange combinations of seasonings that just don’t sound appealing to me. The menu doesn’t always list the accompaniments to the main course either … one time I was shocked to see the waitress bringing me the chicken salad I’d ordered with a pile of beets on the plate (these were soon removed!) I do like trying new foods and flavors, but I haven’t been inspired at Back Porch.
The chef is superb at combining the various flavors present in each entre. The menu is limited and the dcor lacking, but you can count on a delectable dining experience. Courtyard tables are available.
