I recently got take out, and although the food was great, the restaurant uses all styrofoam containers. This really surprised and upset me, since styrofoam is extremely harmful to the environment. I don’t know of many restaurants that use this type of take out material anymore. I would love to return to Dead Presidents, as I love the food and beer selection. However, I don’t know if I can now. I would strongly suggest switching to a move environmentally-friendly material for take out items. Thanks so much!
It’s a definite ‘go to’.. I’m not usually a chicken fan. I’ll never order it, rarely buy it. But, I crave, like CRAVE, the chicken tenders in the half buffalo, half thai sauce. I even ordered two plates one time (crazy for me). Their other food is great too! Best happy hour in town. $1.50 yuengling and half off appetizers (chicken tenders!! and other goodies). I can’t get enough of this place. It feels like something in Philly–kinda hipstery, crossed with good ol’ boys, crossed with date night–it’s trendy without being pretentious. go here.

The food was good, but the service was slow. The waitress also got my order wrong and had to get the kitchen to rush the correct one out to me. She did the right thing by comping my meal and buying me a round. The NHL playoffs were on and they were slammed. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and returning.
