Memorable. One of the most delicious and memorable meals ever, served by a knowledgeable and delightful staff (kudos to Zach). Special care was given to all and especially to me, due to dietary restrictions. Zach was extraordinary familiar with all aspects of the menu, thus allowing me to enjoy a fabulous gluten free meal. Especially delicious were the scallops, serviche, tenderloin, halibut, cheese and meat plate. Highly recommended! The chef is a James Beard Award finalist for amazing reasons! We would have gone back for lunch tomorrow, but they are closed on Sundays.
THANK YOU!. This place is great for everything! You can even find vegetarian options that are fun too!You just want cocktails? Perfect, chill at the bar and drink unique, thoughtful cocktails or a glass of wine from a well-rounded list. Or maybe you just want cheese, bread and a sweet something to take home to your partner for a night in–their market (next to restaurant) is adorable, well-priced, and delicious and has an artfully chosen selection. Nice lunch to take your in-laws or a colleague? This is the place. With a short but mouth-watering lunch menu, you are sure to find an appetizer to share and the perfect sandwich (not your normal deli sandwich mind you) to keep you coming back again and again. Dinner: omgosh. eat here. As you can tell, I’m a big fan of La Fia–my one complaint is that they need to fine tune service. The actual servers are knowledgeable, kind and attentive, but the food is sometimes slow to come out and you can tell there is just some part of the operation that isn’t quite there yet–but they’ve only been open for a couple of months–they are bound to improve quickly. Help support Market Street as it grows and so that wonderful places like La Fia will stay open later 🙂
