Excellent artisinal sausages and salami. It is very nice to have an option for homemade sausages and meats in Wilmington. I really like the idea of local sourced products, but did not know of this place till a few days ago.Stopped in and had a great Salami sandwich and picked up some sausages to go. They grilled up very nicely. The Kielbasa did not have a much spice to it as I expected, but did taste very fresh and I like the absense of perservatives. Definitely will be a repeat visitor.
