Ended up coming here by mistake. We were coming back from Panama city beach. Drove up from Miami to escape Hurricane Irma…..Anyway…We were on our way back home to Miami. We were looking for food. Everything was closed. We stopped in the Springhills Commons Publix shopping plaza and next to it was Chan’s Chinese restaurant. They were OPEN & it was packed. We ordered some fried rice. It was so good! I haven’t had rice like that since China Town in Boston. It was fried white rice. I love the traditional style fried rice. It’s so hard to find.
