Fantastic food in a humble environment!. We just moved to Waldo, and were so delighted to find out that El Molino has fantastic Mexican food in sleepy little Waldo Florida! The restaurant is very humble, a lot dated, a bit worn, but the service is clean. Our first visit far exceeded our expectations. My husband, Mikey, had the 2 enchilada/taco combo plate, and I had the 4 enchilada especial. My food was seriously so good! Their enchilada sauce is probably one of the best ones I’ve had anywhere, including Mexico! Mike was equally impressed with his dinner. We did not visit the rest rooms, having read the other reviews here and elsewhere, and so cannot comment on them. This is a converted gas station, and the restrooms were outside way back then, remember? I believe the quality and quantity of food far out weighs having to go out to use the facilities. Stop by, I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
