Usually good, TERRIBLE tonight. I have visited this place 4-5 times over the past 3 years. Most of my visits have been pleasant and tasty minus the music, over laxity in the dress code (jeans and unkempt hair), and having to seat yourself. Tonight was absolutely HORRIBLE. Service was slow, the food took around 45 minutes even though there were about 5 tables seated, my order came out wrong, and upon my look of dismay, the manager just stared at me and said nothing. My silverware was also clearly dirty; I very nicely told the waitress this and she huffed and puffed as she grabbed it off of my table. I can handle some stuff going wrong or a slow night in the kitchen but NOT how rudely I was treated. There is no reason to scoff at a customer because they want clean silverware and if food comes out wrong, especially after a very long wait, the manager should always talk with the customer. I am shocked by the experience I had here tonight. May never go back.
