Right off the interstate – great place to stop when traveling on I-85. Food was fresh, healthy and delicious! Saigon rolls were fabulous (loved the vegan shrimp) and the raw lemon cheesecake was yummy.
I am not vegan, but I do enjoy an occasional vegan meal. The Vegan Chik’n Rice is great.
I love vegan2go. If you have never had seitan, it’s a culture shock to eat here. The meat will never taste like the meat you’re used to, but the taste and texture is pretty darn close! I love the combo meals because I get 2-3 servings per meal for 9$! The guy who owns the place and works the register is amazing! He is nice and occasionally gives his guest items for no charge. He made me a firm customer. My boyfriend who was a total carnivore loved vegan2go as soon as he tried it. I suggest getting the philly sub if it’s your first time. The shrimp and chicken wings look so authentic and to be honest if I didn’t know better, I would have thought they were real! A definite gem for gainesville!

GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN AWESOMENESS!! I also don’t like to eat soy and they are able to accommodate that. I have been here once and am going back today! Last time I had a rice noodle combination that came with a meat alternative, a spring roll, and vegetables. The peanut sauce and almond sauce are delicious! My dessert was a paleo friendly chocolate cheesecake made from cashews and it was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. The owners are so sweet and I am so grateful that this place exists!
