Will, We constantly order from your restaurant. We love the food. My one star review is because my last order on 1/15 was completely wrong. By the time I got across town (35 minutes away) I realized it. I called immediately and spoke with a woman who I’m told is no longer there as she was fired. However, I was told my entire order (two dishes only) would be redone free of charge. I called today and the woman on the phone was argumentative with me, telling me your ex employee only wrote down the Lo mein. She did tell me she called her boss but he wouldn’t answer his phone. It’s only $9, and she told me I’d have to pay for it regardless. I constantly visit your establishment, along with family. We are solid regular customers. Why should I have to pay for something again that was done incorrectly the first time? I threw out the meal because I don’t even eat what was given to me. I hope this is addressed and you do care about customer satisfaction. Otherwise, I will be taking my 7 years of business with you elsewhere.
