Great place!. I’ve only been a couple times but the foods good and the staffs very nice. Both times they’ve changed the tv so we could watch the game we liked which I thought was really considerate.
I go only for the location. Service made mistakes on my bill on my first visit. I ignore the firs event. However saw it happen to the persons next to me on the second visit – persons complained. Owner was so rude (and vocal)the wife was cried as they passed me.Not to sure this is a place that respect their customers. I think the woman owner needs to rethink how she runs her establishment – they have a great location- all it takes is a bad reputation and you lose it all.
Excellent Customer Service!. This write-up is long overdue. I want to say thank you to Brandon M. for providing the best possible customer service and making our birthday boy’s 40th b’day celebration extra special. You really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. We live in the Lake Nona area and have friends in Avalon Park that introduced us to Eastside Bistro. We are fine dining conniosseurs and we frequent restaurant row in Dr. Phillips. We have critiqued some of the finest restaurants in our world travels. Eastside Bistro has made it as one of our most memorable evenings. Our appetizers were fabulous. We enjoyed everything we ordered on the menu that night. We were a party of six. We enjoyed the wine, beer and cocktails. There was nothing that we didn’t like on the menu that night. We will be back tonight for some more fun. Kudos to you Brandon M., you deserve the recognition. Keep up the good work!
Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome !. I live in Ohio, and while visiting friends we went there for a 5.00 Tuesday burger. Our server was Beau, and he was great – as was the burgers. You dont expect much for 5.00 – but it went beyond my expectations. Beau even brought us an appetizer of fried green tomatoes ( even though they are not on the menu) and they were fantastic… everything from service, to food to the bill were more than a welcome surprise. Will be back again when I am in town again …
I have dined at Eastside Bistro on several occasions and have found their food to be delicious and the service excellent. I love their health options such as the Black Bean Burger and the Avalon Salad. They are always very willing to tweak their menu items to accommodate various taste preferences and special dietary needs. Their special sauce is better than Outbacks and the dipping sauce for the Sweet Potato Fries is addictive. The dining experience is very enjoyable with lake and fountain views visible from the front windows or even better from a seat on the outside patio.
